Pain Clinic
You’re not as broken as you think.

Dr. Donaldson is a Rehab and Pain Clinician who went through her own personal injury and empathizes with those who just want to feel “okay”. The goal at our pain clinic is to go one step further and make you feel good or even great again.
In-Stride Chiropractic & Rehab is located in Orillia, ON where we strive to listen intently to each individual’s story and help you learn to manage your pain. On this page, we explain our approach on guiding you along your healing journey. Further down, you will see blogs about pain education and other similar topics.

Rehabilitation and Pain Clinic
We are here to guide you to give you the right tools to help you work through and manage your pain.
Together we come up with a treatment plan that you understand, and best fits your needs, so that you can get back to what you enjoy.
Pain is a rather complex entity, and often over simplified, or over medicalized.
Our Approach
- We listen to where you’re at now.
- We ask you to share your history. e.g. What have you done for work? What are your hobbies? Have you experienced trauma?
- Then we help you make sense of your current pain.

Patient Review

Chronic pain relief
I have experienced significant improvement through the combination of Dr. Sarah’s treatments and the stretches and exercises that she has recommended. The chronic pain I was experiencing is now only occasional (I no longer use pain medication), and I have been able to increase my strength and flexibility. Mobility issues are now non-existent.
I would recommend Dr. Sarah to anyone who is looking for quality chiropractic for themselves or their animal (and human) friends and family!
Thanks Dr. Sarah!!
